Curtain wall designer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete curtain wall design tasks;
2. Actively cooperate with the chief designer's work arrangements;
3. Draw curtain wall design and construction drawings;
4. Through one year of work, be able to independently complete projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Civil engineering, construction engineering, mechanical engineering or other related architectural majors;
2. Proficient in using CAD and other software;
3. More than 1 year of curtain wall design experience, familiar with various types of curtain wall system structures and principles, and understand industry standards;
4. Hardworking, diligent and down-to-earth, with a strong sense of dedication and responsibility.
Curtain Wall Design Manager

1. Responsible for the design of bidding schemes, construction drawing detailing and optimization of curtain wall projects;
2. Coordinate technical cooperation with clients and architectural design units, and secondary detailing design units;
3. Assist senior engineers in completing other project consulting work.
Job Requirements:
1. Graduated from related majors such as architecture, structure, and civil engineering;
2. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills;
3. Three years or more of working experience;
4. Familiar with the structural systems of various curtain wall systems;
5. Possess computer skills that meet the requirements of this position. Proficiency in 3D modeling software is preferred;
6. Overseas curtain wall design experience is preferred;
Curtain Wall Design Manager

1. Independently complete curtain wall scheme design, detailed design, and construction bidding drawing design;
2. Communicate with architects and owners to understand their architectural concepts and requirements, closely integrating concepts with costs and incorporating them into the curtain wall system design;
3. Analyze the curtain wall system design, system specifications, and material technical specifications and provide reasonable suggestions. Optimize and adjust drawings as needed;
4. Cooperate with the owner's bidding work and provide technical support;
5. Follow up on the project and cooperate with the construction based on the project's construction situation, and provide technical support to the owner.
【Job Requirements】
1. Civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical design, or related majors;
2. Proficient in CAD and office software;
